Miss Universe model Daniella Pamela Caceres has pleaded guilty after allegedly stealing a Chanel handbag from a popular Sydney nightclub.
Ms Caceres, 29, pleaded guilty to a single charge of larceny at Sydney’s Downing Centre Local Court on Wednesday after the incident at Sussudio in Potts Point.
The Beauty and the Geek star was at the club on December 10 when her partner allegedly took a $6,000 handbag, according to court documents. Her partner is not charged with any wrongdoing.
Court documents revealed the couple temporarily ‘secreted the handbag’ in an alleyway outside the club before returning and ditching an iPhone 15 Max inside it.
The bag was described by police as being burgundy and lambskin with a gold chain containing $300 cash, a $200 lipstick, and a $100 hairbrush at the time.

The victim spoke to bar staff after realising her handbag was gone and they showed her CCTV footage and tracked her phone to the alleyway before calling the police.
The 2021 Miss Universe finalist, from Western Australia, and her partner were stopped by officers when leaving the Phil Collins-inspired club.
According to the documents, Ms Caceres allegedly denied stealing the bag when speaking to officers, saying: ‘Can I be really honest? Right now. [Her partner] saw the handbag. He was like… I grabbed it, but then I left it”.’
Her partner also denied taking the bag before later admitting to police in a recorded interview that he was ‘really drunk’ and ‘gave the bag to my girlfriend’.
Appearing before the court, Ms Caceres’ lawyer said he would be applying to have the matter dealt with on mental health grounds once she returned from overseas in August.
